The health of our planet exerts a profound influence on our health and wellbeing and is inextricably linked to our daily existence in ways that are often overlooked. It plays a pivotal role not only in shaping what we eat, drink and breathe but also in determining how we move about and interact with the world.
Yet, the inescapable truth remains that humans are responsible for generating pollution and other forms of environmental degradation in a myriad of ways. This reverberates through our physical health and in turn, directly impacts our mental wellbeing.
Environmental sustainability is the key to addressing these interconnected challenges. Promoting sustainability through education and community involvement fosters a sense of connection to the natural world. Furthermore, as we work to preserve the environment, we create a sense of hope, meaning and purpose; factors that are vital for both a personal and collective sense of happiness.

For anyone interested in watching, it’s happening this Saturday, 16th September at 9.15pm UK time (4.15pm New York time) and can be viewed by clicking here.
This is the type of conversation the world definitely needs more of right now, for a healthier planet and a healthier you!
