The Thrive Senses 21-Day Challenges are delivered online in manageable, engaging, bite-size portions everyday over a 21-day period. They can be conveniently accessed from anywhere and are a great way for clients to commit to a well-being improvement programme in a comfortable, autonomous way.
The challenges are designed to inform and inspire, introducing clients to a range of well-being practices that can have a long-lasting, transformative impact. The results can literally be life changing!
Clients can access each new challenge at any time of the day that's suitable for them, with many preferring to do so at the very start or the very end of the day.

Challenge: Stress Reduction Challenge
​
Details: Every day, for 21 days, we'll give you an effective, stress busting strategy, from practising self-compassion and mindfulness, to exercise and getting into nature, plus much, much more! We'll then challenge you with a manageable but meaningful daily task.

I really needed this. It’s great how the videos are a mix of the instructors talking and images that convey the things they’re talking about, so it keeps you interested. I like it best when they talk you through situations and how to deal with them in your head. It works great for me and helps me get a grip.
